Hi James. Thanks for your comments.

In future we might add a resume/cv/candidates section, though it's not something that has been requested a lot so far.

We've got various small usability improvements to make and we'd also like to add some direct support for charging for job listings (probably PayPal integration). Lots of things we could add, but we're trying to add the ones that are most useful to most people.

An example site using our service is: http://geekjobs.im/

We're planning to have an interactive demo board in future so it will be easier to play with it.

We're not doing template customisation at the moment, other than the logo and soon to be released colour options. We're aiming more at providing a low-cost, self-service app, whereas template customisation is more suited to semi-bespoke systems with much higher cost.

We offer a 14-day free trial and it only takes a couple of minutes to be up and running, so if you haven't already, I suggest you give it a try.

Great idea and software. Do you plan to add resume/cv section soon? What else is in the pipeline? Any live sites at present to view?
Do you offer an original template customization service?

Hi Mike,

lots of questions:
1) as a sole pratitioner headhunter, does this mean I can use your tool to seamlessly link from my YahooSmallBusines hosted website to a jobs page I create with you? If y how do I create a similar look & feel to the YSB template I’ve chosen?

If you can administer your Yahoo! domain you should be able to create a subdomain for your job board. All you'd then have to do is follow the instructions above to get your board running under a subdomain of your website e.g. jobs.mycompany.com. You can customise your board by uploading your logo or branding which is then displayed on all of your public pages. If that level of customisation isn't fine-grained enough, the ability for you to customise the colour of links, headings and paragraphs and other page elements is on its way, and should be released in the near future.

2) I am also thinking of starting a couple of niche job boards to accept paid advertising. Does your $18/month product allow Paypal/Credit card purchases by job posters who can self-manage job postings?

Charging users to list a job is another feature which has previously been requested and we're still thinking about the best way to implement it, but is a high-priority feature and will be making an appearance soon.
This feature will probably become part of the "Plus" version of Easy Job Boards which will have more features and have a slightly different pricing structure but still offer great value.

3) do job pages hosted by you automatically get aggregated by Indeed.com amd simplyhired.com?

At the moment we don't integrate with any other service although this is something that we will be looking at in the near future. Thanks for mentioning this, we've now added it to our to-do list.

We have deliberately kept the initial feature set to a minimum so its development is guided by the users. These questions are exactly what we like to hear and help us gauge demand for features so we can make the best service we can.

Hope this helps.
