Twitjobs.co.uk Powered by Easy Job Boards

Thursday, March 26th, 2009

We’re happy to report TwitJobs.co.uk, which provides Twitter users with up-to-date job vacancies from all over the world, chose Easy Job Boards as its job listings engine. Jobs are added to the TwitJobs job board using a simple management interface then links to job details are tweeted to all followers of @twitjobsuk.

Twitjobs is proving popular and has already helped at least one person secure an interview:

@Jason_Smuvrd woot woot!!! Jason, twitjobs just got me an interview!!!! Yey!!! And it’s for a really cool job I actually really want. Yey!!

We hope that it becomes a useful tool for all the job hunters out there and we look forward to providing hosted job boards to innovative recruiters, employers and web publishers everywhere.

Job Roles and Themes now available

Friday, March 13th, 2009

Yesterday we put live some new features on Easy Job Boards.

Job Roles

You can now add Roles to your job board so that jobs can be categorised for easy browsing. For example, a job board for restaurant staff could have roles for Chef, Waiter/Waitress, Matra’de, etc.

Visitors to your job board can filter the available jobs by role and also by contract type – Permanent, Contract, Freelance, Other. For boards with a lot of job listings this makes it much easier for people to find exactly the jobs they are interested in.

Themes and Custom Colours

As well as adding your own logo to your job board, you can now choose some of the colours. We have a few ready made “themes” (or colour schemes) which you can use, or you can choose colours for the background, headings and links, perhaps to match the colours on your main website or logo.

We’d love to hear your feedback.
