Thanks for your comments. In future we might add a resume/cv/candidates section, though it's not something that has been requested a lot so far. We've got various small usability improvements to make and we'd also like to add some direct support for charging for job listings (probably PayPal integration). Lots of things we could add, but we're trying to add the ones that are most useful to most people. An example site using our service is: http://geekjobs.im/ We're planning to have an interactive demo board in future so it will be easier to play with it. We're not doing template customisation at the moment, other than the logo and soon to be released colour options. We're aiming more at providing a low-cost, self-service app, whereas template customisation is more suited to semi-bespoke systems with much higher cost.
